The decision to request a lab test, however, is up to the doctor. Through HealthTap, a virtual doctor visit is the only method to ask for a lab test.In case Quest Diagnostic does NOT have your order or you need any further assistance setting up your appointment, please submit a request to Member Support Team.Get your test results, faster View easy-to-understand test results as soon as they are available because when it comes to your health, knowing sooner is always better. If you are signed in, select View upcoming appointments, which opens the Appointments page in MyQuest, listing all of your upcoming appointments. With a secure account you get quick access to your latest test results, upcoming lab appointments, and more. When the results are available, you and the consulting doctor will receive a notification in your HealthTap account as well as an email/SMS message. Open the email from Quest and select Change or cancel your appointment for the appropriate appointment and then follow the prompts.Arrive for your appointment at the confirmed location, date, and time.Review appointment details then select “Schedule Appointment”.Provide your insurance information (if applicable) then select "Review Details" or select "Provide later".Provide the requested patient information then select "Continue".Choose your time slot then select “Continue”.
From there, you can enter your zip code to find the nearest Quest Diagnostics location and select a date and time for your appointment.
